移动脚手架中的脚手架一直是建筑行业的危险高发施工项目，脚手架倒塌、脚手高处坠落事故常有发生。脚手架施工是现场安全工作的重点。移动脚手架因技术、安全管理人员、施工操作人员对于脚手架施工知识的欠缺，脚手架搭设不合格问题较为常见，主要原因是技术人员所编写的脚手架施工方案（技术交底）与现场施工严重脱节、交底针对性不强、可操作性差。
